Zingisa Motloba is a seasoned corporate legal and governance executive. Sound experience in private equity Mergers & Acquisitions and Infrastructure (including cross-border) transactions.  Solid managerial experience in both private and public sector organizations with an outlook on regional sustainable development initiatives. Passionate about Africa! Infrastructure investment is the key to unlocking economic development, regional integration and trade.  Zingisa holds a BA (UKZN) LLB (Unisa) MAP (WBS) MBA (GIBS) Women in Leadership (GIBS) SMP (Henley) and Certificate program in Managing Power Sector Reform and Regulation in Africa (GSB).  Some of her leadership achievements include:
