As part of the C-Suite Women in Energy Empowerment Programme, participants will embark on a 7-day study tour to Germany, designed to provide international exposure, cutting-edge insights, and global networks in the energy sector.
PURPOSE
- The study tour will immerse participants in global best practices, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and connect them with senior executives, researchers, and innovators driving the global energy transition. It is also a platform to explore how gender-inclusive leadership shapes policy, technology, and organisational success in energy systems worldwide.

- Anchor Event: Participation in a leading international energy conference in Berlin (e.g., the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue), offering global perspectives on renewable energy, innovation, and sustainability.

- Research Exchange: Engagements at a leading research institution, including a gender leadership session focused on building inclusive pathways in energy.
