We invite mentors who are:
- Experienced leaders with 15+ years of professional experience in the energy sector, sustainability, finance, or related fields.
- Current or former executives, directors, policymakers, or entrepreneurs with a strong track record of leadership.
- Committed to advancing gender diversity and inclusion in South Africa’s energy and sustainability sectors.
- Willing to commit to a 12-month mentoring journey, with periodic one-on-one sessions, roundtables, and peer exchanges.
- Ready to provide guidance, encouragement, and candid advice that supports mentees’ leadership growth and professional confidence.
As a mentor, you will:
- Engage in structured one-on-one mentorship with an assigned mentee.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, roundtables, and networking opportunities.
- Offer guidance on executive leadership, strategic thinking, and navigating complex environments.
- Support your mentee in building networks and seizing leadership opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for the programme and its mission to transform South Africa’s leadership landscape.
